With more than 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Kafaji has built a mastery of injectable technique that only comes from repetition at scale: Botox®, dermal filler and Sculptra® treatments performed personally, patient after patient, year after year. That depth of hands-on experience lets him read anatomy instinctively and anticipate how a face will move, not just how it looks still.

    Choose whichever is closer or more convenient. Both offices offer the same physician-led care and the same pricing. Skincare services such as facials are provided by our licensed esthetician in Waldorf, and services may vary by location, so call us if you are unsure. Our Mechanicsville office serves St. Mary’s County and beyond.

  • What Are Your Office Hours?

    The Waldorf office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. For Mechanicsville hours, please call 301-290-1510 to confirm.

  • What Should I Bring to My First Visit?

    Be ready to share your medical history, any medications you take and any allergies, since your provider reviews these during your consultation to determine whether a treatment is right for you. It can also help to think about what you would like to improve or maintain.

Treatments, Pricing & Services

  • How Much Do Treatments Cost at Allure Cosmetics Center?

    Botox® is $10 per unit, dermal fillers are $500 per syringe, Sculptra® is $800 per vial, and PRP and PRF are $400 per session, with a PRP + PRF combo at $600. Pricing is the same at both our Waldorf and Mechanicsville offices. See everything on our full menu.

    Our injectable and regenerative treatments are physician-led and physician-performed, so you receive the benefit of your doctor’s training and experience from your first consultation through your results.

    Yes. Our licensed esthetician offers facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and waxing and light-based therapies. Services may vary by location, so please call to confirm what is available at your preferred office.
